    Man, this justably

    SUX!!!

These flippin' judges are going to wait until the VERY LAST SECOND to decide on this...

Moan-day should prove very interesting, with the email and FedEx campaigns to the Electoral College members.

Nothing like letting the anticipation rise to a fever pitch...

Oh, and if we, the people, just let this go? Be prepared to have our entire constitution rewritten by these fine, upstanding politicians that we now have in office...

Check out WorldNetDaily dot com for more news about this.

Hey, sorry if you don't approve, but i haven't seen any coverage of this on any of the MainStream Media sites.

And Ari? Before you start thinking this is just about some sort of sour grapes on my part,

this thing goes way beyond any personal feelings i might have.

Our very Constitution is at risk, over this,

and if we allow an ineligible person to sit as our president, the consequences are mind boggling.

In less than 60 seconds, I found more than 200 major newspapers covering this... ahem... "story."

Well, i Googled "all" AND "News" for within the past day, and only 2 links come up, neither of which could be considered MSM.

    How's about sharing some links?

If the Republicans and all their fine lawyers aren't bothering with this, seems a safe bet there is nothing to this.

So what proof is there that Obama is not a legal citizen of the U.S?

Oh, I never accused you of having personal feelings cloud your judgement or anything, it's just that WorldNetDaily.com reports alien invasions and sticks that eavesdrop and spy.

Can you explain the case at all? I haven't the faintest clue what the case is about, just your comments on it.

It was laughed out of court yet again, but conservatives aren't fazed by it at all. Their method goes something like this:

    Conservative makes claim X.
    It is debunked beyond dispute.
    Conservative makes claim Y.
    It is debunked beyond dispute.
Conservative says "yes, but..." and makes claim X.
    It is again debunked.
Conservative says "yes, but..." and makes claim Y.
Like all conservative positions, the goal is never to actually win the argument or even make a convincing claim, but just to keep the argument going, as if there's any basis for their position whatsoever. As long as there's a continuous chain of assertions, there will always be a chunk of uninformed people eager to believe it.

If you look at things honestly, there really isn't any major problem in this country that isn't directly caused by conservative positions and political methods.

There are several things going on with this:

    1) Our Constitution is being throw aside ~ our government is breaking it's own laws, for crying out loud. That, in and of itself, could very well result in a New American Revolution, but when you add #2 to the mix, a civil war is inevitable, imho.

    2) As soon as possible, i fully expect a Constitutional Congress to be called, so that those sticky parts can be "treated." Gee... Wonder if they'll just change the stuff about a natural-born citizen and who can be SoS, or if they'll get some bright ideas about a bunch of things to rewrite? Oh! And the guys doing the rewritting? Yep. The same crooks that are in office, right now.

    3) If Obama is proven to be ineligible to sit as PotUS, and his election declared void, none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders signed by him will be valid or legal. He would not (constitutionally) be the Commander In Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States, and wouldn't have any authority to order our military to do anything. He wouldn't be able to nominate and/or appoint ambassadors or any other public ministers, consuls, other Officers of the United States, judges of the Supreme Court, etc. ~ any appointments he made would have to be replaced.

Having to REVERSE everything would be a MAJOR catastrophe.

At this point, everyone should realize that Obama is not eligible to be PotUS. (and, Please? Let's don't get wrapped around the axle about THAT, again, okay?)

You repubs just have to get over it. Maybe Joe the Plumber should have filed it or the State of Alaska.

As far as imperilling the constitution...homeland security and FISA and many of Bush's executive orders have already accomplished that.

Gardener? Get over what? That Obama won?

    i'm over that.

What i'm not getting over is our government deciding to ignore our laws, and, ASAP, changing those laws.

i'm absolutely certain that Obama is not eligible to serve as PotUS, which is going to be a nightmare if he takes office before we get the truth.

And let me ask you something ~ does our Constitution mean anything to you? Should we just sort of pick and choose which laws we want to obey, especially if the end result is beneficial/profitable to us? Should the lawmakers be allowed to change everything up, without feeling any sense of responsibility toward the citizens?

i don't know if it's a test to see how much we're willing to fall for and/or take, or a concerted effort to throw this country into a civil war, or just the what it is. (And i'm not much of a conspiracy theory person, for the most part.)

Our Constitution is the most important part of our government in my opinion. I've watched as our rights of privacy have been impinged. While republicans have said it's for our defense to defile them.

    I've viewed Obama's birth certificate. It's valid.

Looking for another civil war...why because he's black?

Well, so what should we do? Just throw the entire thing away? Let our current government decide on what rights they feel we actually need? Let a bunch of self-admitted socialists and crooks rewrite it?

Obama is a constitutional law professor, I have faith that he will repeal many of the edicts of the previous administration.

Why don't you go visit a socialist country?

Preferably, BEFORE you flush all the rest of us down that particular toilet...
