Moved to LV about a month ago-it can be as boring as any town if you're broke or tired of the strip-what it really is, is very very flaky! We advertise for work and 9 of 10 people flake out before hiring us...too many here want something for nothing...
there isnt a lot to do in vegas if you get bored easily, especially if you are under 18. Some things that i have found fun to do are the garden at the bellagio and the water show there (makes for a halfway decent date), hike lone mountain, go to red rock (20 dollars gets you a year pass), take a walk at a park ( i personally like the pueblo park) also if you want to turn it into a date you can get ice cream/hot coco or even have a picnic there, bowling (gets boring after a while but is fun every once in a while), and the spring preserve (costs money to go but is pretty cheap for locals). Those are some inexpensive or free things i have found to do in vegas.
