You have to love Illinois. Now if I could only get our Governer to break into my house, I could take care of that problem once and for all.

This just another reason why i liked the states. IMHO it should be fully permitted for a person to do w/e to someone who illegaly trespases theyre property/breaks in.

I watched this one film, Felon. A robber breaks into a family home, the father gets a bat, follows the burglar out, and later catches up and hits him, burglar leans and takes a swing into his skull. He dies. The defendant gets put on a murder sentence because the right thing to do was stay inside and phone the cops, not defend the property. Also since the guy had left the house, he was no longer under any protection.

I would so keep a magnum under my pillow, just hoping some night i would get to paint my walls red and not have any troubles with the law.

I'm in FL, and theres a "no back down law" where if someone invades your property you have the right to use force to subdue them.

Nope, I'm guess it was some random tweaker or some shit.

Haha, yea, that would have been more my style and interesting.. But I guess crack heads are quick motherfuckers.

Yea, I premake alot of shit so I can grab it before I goto work, plus is convenient when you're stoned.

SUBDUE that doesn't mean you're allowed to kill them.. you can shoot anyone in self defense as long as its justified.. if they don't have a gun.. and you shoot them.. thats where issues come into play.. and most other laws that are similar to castle laws do not allow you to shoot someone in the back..

personally i'd rather fuck someones shit up.. shoot them in the knee or in the balls.. mid spinal area.. lesson definitely learned there.. and its not a possible "murder" then

Yea, like..if they were not armed I wouldn't have killed them.. Probably just shot them in the knee caps or some shit.

    But here's the law.

The Florida law is a self-defense, self-protection law. It has four key components:

    • It establishes that law-abiding residents and visitors may legally presume the threat of bodily harm or death from anyone who breaks into a residence or occupied vehicle and may use defensive force, including deadly force, against the intruder.
    • In any other place where a person “has a right to be,” that person has “no duty to retreat” if attacked and may “meet force with force, including deadly force if he or she reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to prevent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.”
    • In either case, a person using any force permitted by the law is immune from criminal prosecution or civil action and cannot be arrested unless a law enforcement agency determines there is probable cause that the force used was unlawful.
    • If a civil action is brought and the court finds the defendant to be immune based on the parameters of the law, the defendant will be awarded all costs of defense.

It's funny you mentioned knees cuase im always talkin' about if I had to shoot someone, I'd shoot them in the knees and make them crawl home lol.
