Tiger Leaping Gorge Dam

    A new series of dams is being persued by the Chinese government in what is called the Tiger Leaping Gorge, where legend has it that a tiger lept across it at it's narrowest point. Some 100,000-300,000 people will be forced to be relocated, and a natural wonder of the world will be hidden below a dam resevoir.     Yeah I heard about that. Arent they supposed to be like the biggist dams in the world or something? I think theres a big one thats supposed to be built in northern Quebec thats getting a lot of opposition to....but i can't remember? Its sad how much land gets destroyed because of dams.
