awww, boogie!!!! congrats on the dreadcuttingness. i've had some ideas of chopping mine off too. it's winter, and if i cut 'em off, i'm shaving my head, which would suck right now. we'll see if i'm still feeling the same way come summer.

lotsa people seem to be going through big transitions and doing crazy stuff to their hair. feels good though, whatever's going on.

I got rid of mine after about a year, I felt like they didn't fit me anymore. I love have normal hair now I'm sure you'll love the change.

ahahaha!! yes he loves it.. it was all happy to be able to run his fingers through my hair.

i think it turned out okay for myself chopping it off and not having a professional cut it. i'm still finding little bits that are longer.

i bought a curling iron, (cus i'm a girl and girls need to have one!) i can make myself look like a "normal" human... i can be undercover hippy now... just don't look at my barefeet and no one will know!

 

Maybe you could then give me some tips on using the curling iron, because I somehow was never able to get a good grasp on it. I started curling my hair with a flat iron.

i think the ceramic curling irons work better. the metal ones never seemed to curl my hair..
