What is Salvia's shelf life?

I am buying some salvia 15x to store for the right time or whatever. I hear if you put in a jar in a dark place you can store it for months. What about if I kept it for like 2-3 years? Also I think it's good to stock up on salvia because theres a chance it could become illegal.

Yea stocking up is a good idea because it will be illegal soon. Also, my uncle had some dried salvia that he grew in a small container. It's been in the container for 2-3 years and when we smoked it while camping this summer it was still as great as can be.
