Yeah.. I have these and they hurt. Anyone know any natural remedies? I try to eat more fibers and drink a lot. I also heard about this herb, I think called Yarrow (Achillea Millefolium) in English, which should help and I think it might be helping a bit already. Any other tips? Greatly appreciated!

Talking from personal experience what I avoid at all costs is skimmed milk even in small quantities. A limited amount of full cream milk and cream is ok. Many people rave about coconut oil but I find it brings on haemorrhoids as does an excess amount of fibre. What does help however in my experience is plenty of butter and a bit of plain chocolate.

    This thread is funny.

    First, "hemorrhoids" is mispelled.

    Then underneath that was "Burnt".

They do glow a little, don't they? :)

For me, its Vaseline and less time on the bike.

We vegetarians have less than you meat eaters. Take a hint.

I don't think being vegetarian would be any improvement for me and if anything it would make things worse.

I spelt haemorrhoids the British English way.

First,to avoid getting them avoid sitting on the toilet longer than 8 min if you can. Sitting too long on the toilet puts pressure on the veins. Also drink more water for softer stools(poop).

If you get hemorrhoids. Before going to sleep use toilet tissue to wipe the area with witch hazel. Or just buy some hemorrhoids wipes that have witch hazel as the main ingrediant. Witch hazel is good for hemorrhoids.
