Good for you, soda is awful for you PS: I'll take some homemade pancakes with blue berries and organic Vermont and/or Maine maple syrup.
I do love me a 20 oz Pepsi once in awhile. They are expensive though. $1.59 at 7-11, the liquor stores are even more expensive. I think I am going to have to quit to. Water is just so boring all the time. I need to tame down my taste buds.
If I buy a soda at a a vending machine, I am absolutely buying the no man's brand. 50 cents or something cheap like that.
I do like the no mans brands to on occasion, standing in front of wal-mart. shhh..lookie there..sam's choice Dr. Thunder is only 35 cents for a 12 oz can. I am all over that.
Carbonated beverage causes problems for some people. It's very acidic and degrades tooth enamel and deteriorates the lining of the stomach. My friend ended up with an ulcer after drinking carbonated beverages every day. His doctor told him to stay away from it. Dentists aren't too enthused about soda pop either. http://heartburn.about.com/od/pepticulcers/a/ulcer_diet_3.htm Dr. Pepper is right above battery acid on this list. http://www.dentalgentlecare.com/diet_soda.htm .
