Has anyone ever experienced this feeling where like you've stopped smoking for a while and then all of sudden you start feeling mild symptoms of being high? Like you lose track of time, and people think your actually high when you haven't smoked at all, and you've lost all motivation to do work. I've also been sleeping a lot. its weird. Is it from thc that has been stored in fat?

Depersonalization perhaps? Sometimes caused from a "bad" reaction to weed that makes you feel numb to the world, and nothing is really the same/its hard to focus. Im not sure what causes it but some of the other ppl on the site say theyve had it before so maybe they can help a little bit more.

Well, I think i've experienced depersonalization before, and it didn't quite feel like this, but maybe thats what it is. I don't know, but its been at least two months since I last smoked, and I only really felt like this for a week after I last smoked and then I felt completely normal. I started feeling this way on like Friday or Saturday night and thought it might also be because I also wasn't sleeping enough, but in the past couple of days i've been sleeping almost 12 hours each night and feel tired when I wake up. So, I don't know... I kinda feel normal now, but really tired/sleepy.

I think I was going through some depersonalization. Will it ever completely go away, or will it just randomly keep coming back even though I've stopped smoking, and haven't smoked in couple of months?

i wouldn't be so quick to say it's because of smoking, there might be nothing you can do about it. next time when it happens try to look at it with a positive outlook, i get depersonalization once ever few weeks and i always really enjoy it.

I get that too, where for a couple seconds you feel exactly like you are high?

Do all of you guys still smoke and does it ever completely go away if there any of you who have experienced it and quit smoking? I don't want to smoke anymore and just want all this crap to stop. It did stop for a good while, but then just suddenly came back. Hopefully it will go away again and not come back at all.

I usually smoke three times a day for two or three days every two or three weeks.
but when im not smoking sometimes i feel like a mild high but i think its just me wishing i was high, or since THC is stored in fat cells in your stomach when i smoke alot it builds up and when its dissolved into my bloodstream i feel a little buzzz

    :p

It also might have something to do with sleep cycles.. If you are distrubed from sleep during an REM cycle you can wake up feeling really tired and burned out even if you just slept. Do you sleep the same hours every night cuz if you do you could try changing that up a bit

After reading about what people experience at this site: http://www.depersonalization.info/stories.html I don't think I have depersonalization. I don't suffer from any of those symptoms. So, I don't know what I have, maybe its all just in my head. Who knows but I feel better now.
