That is exactly what i was talking about! Well done man! "Just go deeper in to the sound, feeling it strong Spread it on, oh spread it on!"
Nice post dude. But what would we be if we were perfectly in tune with our mental, spiritual and bodily functions and knew nothing of the corruption we live in - but when was there ever not corruption, I feel like we are blowing a whistle that few, but increasing, have blew for many many years. I assume all the niceties would be there, but what of money/power/war/corporations/greed; what about the circumstances of existence. What about free energy, I've read conspiracy theories about humans figuring out, whether it was nikola tesla or aliens, the ability to create free energy. What if we lived in a world of peace and harmony with our selves and nature, what would billions of people do? Would society still obsess or simply progress placidly through time. I believe and hope for great things for us as people, but still feel so limited in our overall ability. We as a society are on a path that we dont actually have any control over, we - dont control the world. Someone does, but not us - very far from us and quiet frankly there is nothing we can do. The only way I truly see change, is through despair. But back to the point, acid is the bomb.
Well, if you're talking about a bubble and 'finding the light', that's quite different than being in an opaque shell and 'reaching the light'. Also, space is not black, it just looks that way. Subverting the 'light at the end of the tunnel' metaphor is like trying to devalue the 'keep on truckin' idea. That's just not cool man. Also, I'm pretty sure turtles see the light at the end of the tunnel/their shell every day, and it makes them happy.
Acid is great, but for every life changing, profound experience you can have (and probably will have) on Acid, there is another end of the spectrum. Something bad could happen to you and change your life for the worst. Chances are you're going to have a wonderful time, but I'm sure there have been people who got changed for the worse on LSD. These are the things I think someone needs for a good trip: 1. Great setting. You need to be in a place where you don't have to worry about anything. You do need something to do, but being around friends the whole time is really, really nice. You'll feel connected with everyone. 2. Make sure everybody there is cool with drug use. LSD, unfortunately, is looked down upon by the majority of society. Very unfortunate, but that's the way it is and that's the way it's going to be forever, or at least for a very, very long time. Just don't be around these kinds of people when tripping at all, they aren't fun. I would think it would easy to tell if someone is on LSD, but last weekend when I was tripping I wasn't trying to hide it at all since I was at a party and had no reason to hide it and still some people didn't know. It isn't like I was trying to let people know I was tripping, but since I had no reason to hide it, I was just being myself and having a great time and some people still didn't know. With that said, you may be able to hide it from people, but I can't imagine worrying about people finding out being fun at all. 3. Positive mind set. If you think you can't handle Acid, don't take it. If you feel any anxiety at all when you have the dose in your hand about to put it in your mouth, just don't do it. That anxiety has a good chance of multiplying tenfold or more once you peak. It won't be fun if you don't have the right mind set. If you do start having a bad trip, try to realize it's just the Acid. It's hard to accept that it is actually the Acid making you have a bad trip while on Acid, but it'll turn your trip around. Whatever you do, just don't go off by yourself during a bad trip. My friend did that and it wasn't good. One last thing is just be around happy people and happy people only. It's so weird, but you can actually feel other people's emotions when on lsd. For example, if you were watching two people fighting, you wouldn't feel angry for whatever reason they are, but you would feel the anxiety and anger just by being around them. On the other hand, if everyone's happy, you'll feel the happiness in the air.
Finally someone puts this in words for me, ever since I tripped the first time Ive been in this mental state where Im not sure if Im the crazy one or if everyone else is really as crazy as it seems. Its odd being on the other side of the fence when you've spent your entire life looking down on it
I told my dad I was tripping and he told me about a couple of his friends back in the day who tripped and went nuts, one lady who still has flashbacks, and one guy who hung himself. Granted I only know a handful of people who drop, but I've never seen this happen so it's just hard for me to believe it was caused by L and not some other drug. Maybe I'm naive. I've just never seen anything but improvements in my life..anyway I was insane before I ever took drugs.
You sir just earned yourself a friend request :cheers2: Excellently put the man only speaks the truth... I admit before I met with acid I was insane It leveled me out and taught me how to be a good person
lol when i introduce people to lucy one thing they always tell me is that they feel the most insane they have ever been. I try to explain to them that in reality it is the most sane they have ever been. Maybe it takes a few trips or perhaps a certain type of person to understand.
