I only fell asleep on it once when I was on a 3-day binge..I remember feeling like I was awake with my eyes closed, seeing multi-colored spiral patterns, flashing light, neon lights, and hearing the faint sound of sirens. What's your experience?
I wasn't able to fall asleep for about 20 hours after taking my first doses. By that time I wasn't tripping I imagine it's pretty cool to dream and trip.
The best way I can describe the state is as wakeful dreaming. Like when you're asleep but feel like you're actually awake and watching those little patterns behind your eyelids. It's almost like being in a trance.
i experience that sometimes when i'm sober. like, your conscious is alseep but you still retain some awareness of your surroundings and that you are actually sleeping.
Really good sleep isn't possible on LSD, but many times I have laid down while i was still going and drifted off. (*note- I eat really good, clean, real acid) The best way to sleep while tripping is to lie comfortably with the one you love and close your eyes and just lose yourself, and dissolve into fuzz and love and colorful energy. Let your mind wander and pretty soon you will be as asleep as LSD will allow, and that's the "dream state" where hallucinations are seen. It's very plesant. It's kinda like sleeping, more like daydreaming and resting your eyes.
i have the greatest dreams for weeks afterwards i cant sleep while on acid though. everytime i closed my eyes i saw shit so it usually woke me up
