Hey, so this is my first post So, i have been wanting to do LSD for a while now, cause I basically dont care about school. I don't know where to get it, but my friend has good pot connections, so he could help. Any advice on how much i should take, who i should take it with, etc Thanks! [EDIT] Thanks to all your advice. I think i made my post sound a little negative. I do want to expand my mind because i'm interested, not because i dont like school. I am a very relaxed person, who just happens to not like school. First welcome to the world. I would suggest you re-think your objectives in taking these chemicals. Acid is a very powerful mind altering drug that can provide you with many things, however, it is my belief that one should enter this world with the best of intentions. Don't do acid because you don't like school, do it because there is some compelling reason for you to take this journey. What answers are you seeking, what are you hoping to get out of the transformation? Peace DT
^ What he said.. Doing acid for that purpose seems to not be so great. Acid won't magically solve the problem of you not like school, even if it might give you valuable insight on things. As for if you actually go ahead and do it, you'll want to do it in a relaxed environment with a good mindset. Again, hating school is not the best of all mindsets to have. Many people say to do them with a good friend, but I prefer tripping alone. The 2 are different, but I find tripping alone to be more a self-reflection trip, while tripping with people is more of a fun/recreational trip. If you trip with someone, do it with a very good friend, that again, you are comfortable with.
sounds like you're pretty young, and you should consider that before you decide you want to start eating the fruit of the knowledge tree. Take the dose with the person you get it from take enough that you will get high. your comment that you dont care about school worries me. You should CARE even if you dont ENJOY it. The most mature thing you could do right now isn't dropping acid and trying new things... It's finding something in school that's interisting and getting involved in it. This is why a lot of kids that are perfectly smart drop out after becomming stoners or whatever. The thing about being a pothead is that it's FUN and pretty soon it's the only thing you do for fun, and everything else is just lame stuff you do when your not smoking. Get into sports, get into technology, get into music or art or performance. LOTS of shit you can do stoned, but if you dont have ANYTHING you're settin yourself up for failure man. Tough it out, graduate, try to have fun in the meantime. It's important.
Acid is going to help you not care about school, in fact I foresee a trip in the mindset of "shit, i'm fuckin up in school" happening
Perhaps, if anything. You'll realize that your not caring about school is just a selfdefense mechanism employed by your subconscious mind that is disappointed with your short-comings in school. A little close to home? Forget about fucking highschool. This is your goddamn life. Dont blow it by doing drugs you arnt personally mature enough to handle. When someone says they don't care about school, you should recognize how immature that sounds. Just my 2 cents. [EDIT] so the school thing was just like a I just flow with it and dont really focus too much on it? well in any regard. If you really want to see what its like for yourself. Take the plunge. You wont regret it most likely. If there is any fear in your body, or uncertainty that you cant handle it tho, I would suggest waiting to let yourself become comfortable with it completely
Um, can somebody explain to me how wanting to try LSD and not caring about school are connected? I mean, the way he phrased his post, it's like one follows from the other. Am I missing something here, or is Ironman under the impression that you have to not care about stuff in order to try drugs?
there's a post like this every other day. i disagree on the school part though...last year i was dosing every weekend and one of my favorite things to do was my math homework : )
you might realise that you want to be a tradesperson instead or perhaps a self sufficient hippy or perhaps youll realise what school is really for and why it will help you to invest your discomfort now for comfort later. or perhaps you wont realise anything at all and just be totally amazed by the things you see and feel, and then grow to be skeptical of people and of society at all, distrusting of peoples arrogance in the way they treat the world and you
