It aint about saying clever things in a pattern when it aint sung with a 'moving-type' rhythm. For it to be yet a 'moving-type' rhythm is must have heavy a harmony or flow or melody pattern deliver in how sung. Sure you can put a rhyme pattern of clever things together and call it a rhythm of clever things, but if it lacks what I stated, then it's not Hip-Hop or Rap.

And the true favored rhythm doesn't just move you like some alternative high to liquid or pill drugs, it touches you through relation or feel. You should relate or feel it in your own way though. And a 'moving-type' rhythm is a sound-drug stimulant. Yes, sound can be yet a class of dope that stands apart from street dope.

So when you hear ppl callin' a bunch of only clever sayings on some beat or no beat, true Hip-Hop... Those mothafuckaz full of shit, along with the artists they sit up on a throne.

What cha think though? You know Detroiters speak the truth since Detroit originated recording music itself. We know what music is and what music is not no matter what genre you try to front with. Like Breed said, Aint no future in your frontin'.

Harmony- Raptures you into an estacy which holds you. Like how a cobra is in a held state to a flute player. Puts you onto a mentality which transports you into something or a place. When you listen to "Creepin on Ah Come Up" you get raptured as in put mentally into the thug mentality to your understanding. Or listen to "When We Ride" on ALL eyez on me...sure to put you into the rider mentality to your understanding.

Flow- Gives the listener that "Yeah, 'go get 'em'!" root momentium feeling all for how the artists is passionately murdering the mic and the beat, and all for the way the artist is straight brilliantly mastering a way in presenting some words that rhyme (whether it's their's or another's or in part their's). Like when you in a fight, and find yourself winning while during it, you get that whole, more and more conqeuring momentium felt, and it is such passionate rush. Listen to Kurupt's verse in "Our Daily Bread" on Daz's Retaliation, Get Back album. In the back of your mind, you thinking the artist is killin' it his own way in how only he can!

Melody- Draws you into singing along with a movement of some kind. Listen to "Rock Steady" by the Whispers. Yeah, the chorus is such a melody cause it indeed draws you and compells you like a magnet into singing along with it.

^^Like I said we Detroiter's know music inside to the core.
