I'm doing ok , lol . I just celebrated my sons first b-day. This dad thing is very new to me. My girlfriend actually ended up leaving me for a few months , so i'm a little detached from my son . My girlfriend and I are nothing in common , so things are pretty wierd and un homely. I'm wanting to travel and live on the road, but she wants to live a lifestyle which is way different.I have nothing agains her ways, I just can'
t seem to fit in without lossing my self. I'm not the gansta type or the yuppie type either, and that is the life she wants to live. She wants to settle down and live like her parents and live like the all her "thug" friends. We are just not mixing at all, I wish we could. Well I hope you guys stay happy together, and maybe in the future we will be able to meet. I've been thinking of leaving with my bag to travel, so maybe we can meet up in the future. peace and love

hey i am goin back on the road again, i know u said u didnt wanna do the states again but i cant remember the names of all the other busses and i am in new mexico right now where the nationals are supposed 2 be this year but i dunno exactly where it is at and cant find the seed camp either. come on drew help me out n let me know if u know anything about this year. tell lindz i said hey. howz the kiddos doin dude?

ive got another bus set up and eady up in my drive way in canada, Ive been trying to get a core group of kids who I trustto keeo it moving keep tribe and get on down the highway....his process is a lot harder then you would think people come throw down money we get a group all ready go threw some trials and half bail....I need kids who wont bail at the first sign of problems, Im not there to keep it together or the bus moving for that matter....been experimenting with people to see what works and I think Ive got an idea.

any kids want to come up prove yourselves spend a few weeks doing bus shit getting to know yor home learning the rod on wekend trips...hell Ill kick the bus down as long as it stays tribe......

This almost made me cry, I have the same problem... I'm engaged to someone who is totally different from me, tied to him and our two dogs, ones a puppy so a new home would be easy, but i'm really attached to my tessa, she's one of the best friends i have, i have hardly any close friends, nobody I know sees life the way I do, I feel like nobody understands so i have nobody i see eye to eye with and can talk to... no true friends... I want to leave so bad and go on the road for a good while and scope out some different places and eventually land somewhere where there's love and everyone lives off the land like we're supposed to, He's in university doing a degree then wants to go to medical school... It's awesome, we do need doctors.... but he wants a life where we live in a big house with lots of money and expensive cars... he's a bit of a yuppie... I'm a loving little hippie who would rather some little out of the way little cottage with a little farm and a little family... I don't want to work in the way that you have your shifts and work for some big cancerous corporation, I'll work, i'll farm, i'll sow, paint, make jewelry.... I hate what the earth has become and want to live a life where the only time i have to remember how ruined the earth is is when i have to go to town to get food or craft supplies or go to the internet cafe...

This depresses me greatly.... if only he could see what I see...

like I said the bus is now in canada in south western ontario not far from niagra falls or buffallo ny only about 25 minutes from there on the canada side.

we have tribe in newfoundland now. although they are stationary at the moment.
we toured there back in 04? good times. I like the east coast.

your problem is normal babylon confines us chokes us.....its a good idea for you to roam for a while. thoug honestly even I settled down and got a job. though the highway still calls me and I sit in my bus for hours dreaming and thinking fo the past....

that small little house and some land keeps me so busy busting my ass to pay for it Im only home 2 days a week....

when im done renovating and I can sell and make a good profit Ill buy some serious acreage park a few buses there and keep on down the highway for now....

I have to put in the owrk to make a free life possible.

without this i would endlessly travel, but then at some point get tired and have no opportunity, doing this allows my future.....as crappy as that is its what I have come to realise after over a decade on the road

 

you say there's a tribe in NL? ... half my reason for wanting to hit the road is to find like minded people... i have no friends... are there any meetings or rare short trips or are they just old members who live in NL? I'm just trying to like i said find like minded people to hang with and share life with... other than my fiance and our 2 dogs i have nobody that close in my life... and my mother i suppose... always got mom to talk to

may be dealing with a situation....the kids on the bus are refusing to post here....\i believe that living this life and advertising freedom influences others.....its a huge reason \i put this bus on the road...if it doesnt happen, \i may be looking for volunteers from tribe to re...lol capture my bus...
