Like unless in reality he had gender issues and really wanted to a girl and you in reality wound up really helping him, you just took away his entire biological purpose in life and probably his chance of every having any kind of lasting loving relationship especially since he was that young. Like someone else said, I'd look out, I really think that kid would come back to try to kill you because by the time he's in his early 20's, he won't fear death himself, nothing like homicide-suicide scene
