14 years old? How young is too young?

My friend's 14 year old sister was visiting. Her sister is perfect jail-bait. She is well endowed (larger then my friend) and could look like any cute girl from the ages of 16-19. I tell my friend my intentions with Ariel (I am at least 6 beers in) and he tells me how S would never allow me. (S tried to cock block me earlier when she saw me and Ariel getting close, S told Ariel that i had a slave collar, long story, which at first weirded Ariel out but Ariel doesn't really get along well with sister and I told Ariel S (her sister) was just kidding) I told my guy friend how if i went with them how I would try to do it. the next day he tells S and now S is made at me for what I said drunk.

I could understand if I did something wrong why S would be made at me. But i didn't do anything. Do you think S has a right to be mad? I know I have right to mad at my guy friend. Also I was wondering 14 years old is lowest allowed age in some states but I am more than 4 years older so it would still be illegal. this night made me wonder why 18? and it feels weird having the government stepping in on my Friday night. (I understand the need to defend younger woman but I am not sure what is the right year and why that year oppose to others) and for the sake of argument why she can drive a car (which can be very dangerous to herself and others) but cannot decide if she wants sex? Do you think it more fucked up to be attracted to a legal girl who looks 18 or an illegal 14 year old who looks 18?

14 is WAY to young, drunk or sober. I think legal age of concent where I live is 16, yet that too is too yoiung in my eyes.
