son of adam, it sounds like you have some great stuff there. That "See Emily Play" / "Scarecrow" single sounds awesome. Hmm, the latest CD I bought was Lou Reed's New York. The lastest vinyls I bought are Syd Barrett's The Madcap Laughs and Barrett, and The Who's Happy Jack.
Latest record - the blues brothers latest cassettes - simon and garfunkel greatest hits Frank zappa - guitar latest cd - the bad plus - these are the vistas
both syd barrett are really good and the album sleeves are beautiful ... it was so nice to find 'see emily play' single since i'm collecting the early singles and already have two others so it was good to find this beautiful single also have this copy of 'white light/white heat' on vinyl with different cover ... white with tin soldiers on the front cover and a beautiful picture of the velvet underground on the back .... anyway i love working in record store that sells used vinyl ...
That sounds interesting. I've never seen a picture of an alternate cover. Heh, that would be awesome.

Yeah, I ended up downloading The Academy in Peril and Paris 1919. I prefer to buy my albums, though. There's a copy of Words for the Dying at a local bookstore, though. I'll have to pick that up sometime.
i prefer original albums too, and i eventually buy the albums i really like, but it's not my fault that i can't find some particular albums and that i have to download them if i want to hear them.
