take it up one nostril ideally. dual nasal drips can be incredibly irritating and make breathing through your nose nearly impossible. as for blowing it, a reed or bamboo stalk was used i believe.
you could pack some in the end of a straw and then blow it up your own nose. I read about someone doing that on erowid or something.
i have friends who did coke one night. one took the second line up his other nostril and about 5 minutes later regretted not doing both in one nostril
just do what feels natural dude. sometimes it feels good to use both nostrils, sometimes not. for yopo seeds, dont they do some kind of preparation to them? i think you gotta toast them or something, and like, add a little water after you add the lime to make it pasty. i think they do this to let it sit for a while and let it become less caustic, that is burning.
