    National "Buycott" day for women.

October the 19th is set to rattle to halls of consumerism..

Forget about the stock market crash of 1929...

Women in the USA are being told to not shop (accessorize) for one whole day.. tremors underfoot...

This has been organised to show the male dominated boards of major retailers, that women want to be heard and respected for their consuming power. As the major "shoppers" for most households, that means $millions of dollars will be lost in trade.

    Is this irresponsible ?

Will women heed the call to arms...waving their gucci bags at the world ?

Will it force boards to change their male dominated control over women's purses ?

Will it help to topple the west's economic imperialism ?

Or will the shops be double their profits the following day...in a mad rush of "shop-therapy" ?

    The ramifications will be enormous.

Hmm no offense, but that's going to be hard for women to stop "shopping" for one day. What happens if they need to go out to buy some baby food or something?

    Plan in advance....!

    Prepare in advance...

This could be a very powerful tool, for the "Little Women at home"...
