Necro, Mr. Hyde, Goretex, Sabac Red, Ill Bill, among a few.

Their music is very catchy. They aren't allowed in some countries because of their words, and their style is what I believe to be better than anything mainstream. They don't rap about their retarded chains, or garbage cars (Chevy) in which they may drive. They rap from anger. They rap from the soul. They don't always rap about death and murder, either. The underground is where the good rappers are. The mainstream is just a way of keeping teenagers in check and selling product. The top mainstream rappers are also some of the best salesmen in the world. I do listen to some mainstream, but it will never be little bitch retards like Eminem and Juvenile. I have taste and class when it comes to my Hip-hop/rap music.

Absolutely not Does, death rap and gangster rap are two different thing, do me a favor.

Actually, I was being facetious... why you may ask? Because I know rap in and out... and I have listened to Necro, he was a lot cooler before he became an internet star.

You should do me a favor, go type in Illmatic... come back and name a rapper that can hold a candle to the flow, the lyrics or the delivery of Nas.

    :cheers2:

Well checked it out, didn't like it all to much, I like the old school beat but I can't get into the song. When it comes to old school I pick scarface, and if I'm correct Nas isn't old school right? If we're talking about the song then how old is it?

    Illmatic dropped in '94.
You would have to listen to the whole album.
Nas is mad old school, "Live at the BBQ"
Delivery + lyrics + flow = good rapper

Not entirely. There are variances. The mainstream crap is all about chains and rims and bustin caps. Listen to a necro song and you will see the difference. How about Ill Bill's new song? "my uncle shoots heroin". It hits hard.

I agree it's the only kind of rap I can listen to. The other stuff is for clubs and fm radio.
