I decided to get a ticket in the end, me and my friends peer pressured each other to get tickets at the last minute. Am really excited, small little group of us going for a nice relaxing fun few days holidaaaaaaaaay
and its on the main glastonbury festival website well that will mean people trying for the last few tickets in april will have a hell of a lot of competition ,
also I intend doing cooking at glastonbury most likely chilli and rice in large amounts or omelette's I may give away food to wandering people or cook in odd places
Don't worry, there'll be tons of other stuff going on. I usually spend very little time at the main stages This way you won't feel like you have to go and see the headliner...
Ive sold springsteen tickets in the past for 400 -600 I think thats just to see him ok it was in a small select venue but hes one of those people who can still fill big venues . and you dont have to see him the place is vast
Yeah I wasn't planning on it tbh, I think I'll spend the time in the green field or whatever it's called. Ooh and if you haven't read Glastonbury:An oral history read it, it's brilliant!
Bruce playing Glastonbury actually made me consider going for a half-second, but I reckon I'll try to catch him in Ireland or something instead. Somehow, the last time I went to see him, I managed to spend more on train tickets there than the ticket itself...and that was a £60 front-row ticket Worth every single penny though. I just wish I'd booked some days off work and gone the other days he was in England.
well they will be selling some tickets in April and you could see us all and Id give you free food , big acts like him dont normally do festivals so much
April gives me a month to think about it. I'll weigh up the pros and cons. It'd be fucking awesome to see him at Glastonbury, even if it is going downhill nowadays...and there are probably a few other acts I'd be interested in seeing I'll let y'all know.
factor in the free food I'm a fine cook and have great camping stoves and cookware , I could make omelette's and beans and fried potatoes
