    Hi everyone,

ok I'm on Microgynon- I just did something stupid. It's my no-pill week (started on Monday), and I had a stupid moment just now, and in my tiredness, thought it was Monday again, so I took a pill to start my new pill week. but it's way off Monday- it's only Thursday! Don't know HOW I managed that!

    What shall I do? :/

Just act like it didn't happen and start again when I actually should on Monday?

Is this likely to mess up my period? It started today.

God I'm stupid. PLEASE HELP! I have utterly no idea how this might affect my pill-taking!

i suggest just starting your new month. i doubt it will make much of a difference.
your period may stick around for the next couple of days but you might not have a full cycle.
    but i am no doctor.

Thanks- you mean so basically I continue even though I haven't left a whole week? I've never properly understood how important it is for the non-pill week to be exactly a week. Can anyone else shine some light on this matter? Thankyou for your suggestion, moonshine :)

    Don't panic :)
It's fine. Just keep taking that pack now, until it's time for you next pill-free week.
It won't affect your contraceptive cover.
Just make sure that instead of starting on your usual day, you'll have to start all the packs you take from now on, on a thursday :)
