I ordered a piece on 9/29. The last five of my order is 13005.

When do you suspect I will receive my order? (if ever)

 

well I got my order... turns out though they sent me the wrong piece the cheaper verison of what I actucally ordered (how convenient for them) I ordered the "homers delight" a tripple donut tube. what I got was a 10 dollar cheaper double donut tube with colors im not too crazy about. to top it all off the stem seems to be too big to fit the female part of the stem it goes in a lil bit and isnt really air tight so now I need to go and buy a new slide at the local shop yay! The bong I got is nice but not as nice as what I actually ordered and I dont really wanna send it back and wait another month for something to get back to me. I was gonna get more glass from them but not now cause I didnt get what I paid for.

maybe They thought I would think Its just differant color since it looks kinda like the other one. The old bait and switch scam.

 

I am pretty sure at this point they have received so many complaints (rip-off report, BBB, IC3, and shitty reviews on forums) they are going to have either change their name (again) or close shop. Once you start fucking up on an internet based store front, you are pretty much screwed.

I'm also having a problem with an order I placed. I emailed several times and got ZERO responses...they suck at customer service.

 

What the hell i also ordered a large zong and some screens and i'm pissed as fuck i want my shit or money goddamn i just wanna smoke my toboacco out of a 20 inch zong waterpipe

 

has anyone had to wait longer than a month r anything like that...it seems like you complain and trhen you get it in like 2 weeks.....but i'm pised i paid extra for shipping and everything the steamroller i bought is here but no zong wat the FUCK!!!!!!

I placed an order on the 20th and it was canceled for some reason, so then I ordered the exact same thing 5 days later and that order was canceled. I know this bcuz the URL it gave me to check the statues of my order through Yahoo read "This order has been canceled" right at the top of the page. What the shit is this about?

 

absolutely horrible business. This is just a forewarning to anyone shopping for glass.

i ordered a double bubbler they had for 40$ shipped. The site said to wait 14 days before not receiving shipping notice, I patiently waited the 2 weeks. I sent them 4 emails afterwards over a period of 3 months, none of which were replied to. I tried to call them many times, no one picked up ever.

I recieved a piece of shit joke of the bubbler I saw in the picture a month later out of no where. I was also billed TWICE for this piece of crap bubbler.

I'm sorry to hear people having bad experiences, but I have ordered from CGP 3 times in the last year and each time took less than 2 weeks. I have never been double-billed or anything.

Edit: If anyone's curious my latest order was sometime in the beginning of nov and I received it in about 10 days or so.

 

i find it really funny that cgp attempts to claim its a legit business, but has so many people who have yet to receive their item. that is unacceptable. if your people are stealing shit thats YOUR problem, not the customers. you should do everything in your power to make sure the buyer gets at least what they ordered, and any legit place would compensate for being dicked around as much as some people here have

and best glass? hahah yeah right dude, you site has nothing but china junk and some decent prodo pieces, there are tons of sites with glass 10x better than yours, stop talking out your ass and stop making bs claims, refund people's money, or give them the damn product they ordered.

I made my order on the 12/14/2008. I paid for 2-3 day shipping so that I could have my purchase by Christmas. Its a gift for my sister. I finally got my tracking number on 12/17/2008, but USPS says that they still have not recieved my package even though your page says that it was shipped. It is now 12/20/2008. Whats going on? Ive heard good and bad things about CGP. Please prove all the bad rap wrong. Ive left my name and number and have also emailed you. Heather please respond in some way or another.
