Most places have laws that state if your 18 or older you must have a photo ID. More BS.

 

I have had to go through a couple of those roadblocks in NM.
They know they are doing illegal searches they train them to deceive people into voiding their constitutional rights and submit to searches. She knew she was on camera and didn’t want to deal with the legalities of it.

If he didn’t have a camera they probably would of kicked his ass.

I don’t buy the conspiracy crap about how they are to conditioning Americans for searches and roadblocks. America is already conditioned for that and we already have illegal car searches every minute of the day. Most of those check points are in places where tons of illegals come through on foot and then get into trucks the roadblocks make it a lot harder for Mexicans to get past the boarder towns which a lot of them are completely wide open.

I think the guy should spend some of his energy on the state and local police nazis that are pulling over people and doing illegal searches. At least at the boarder they are try to get illegal aliens in the rest of the country they are try to make drug war arrests.

 

His point is that HE WAS! Otherwise...he would have been free to go!!
