Who listens to The Doobie Brothers?

They are a wicked band, I got started with a song I had heard a while before then looked up other songs. It turns out I know a lot of their songs, and they aren't that famous (I don't think). But anyways,

who else listens to The Doobie Brothers? And what do you think of them?

 

I think the Doobies are famous. I guess it all depends in what part of the world you are at. I was born and spent the first 14 years of my life in San Jose, where the Doobie Bros originated. Their early stuff was always a fav of mine. Didnt like when they brought in Michael McDonald. Just thought of it, I remember when they were on an old tv sitcom called What's Happening. Remember that show? They did a mean version of I Cheat the Hangman on that episode. Jeff "Skunk" Baxter was with the band at that time. He and Patrick Simmons were great together. Yeah, I could go on and on about the Doobs, great band, just leave Michael McDonald somewhere on the freeway, lol.

The Doobie Brothers rock man. The Captain and Me is one of my favorite albums to jam to.

 

Doobie Brothers freaking rock! Kick ass man! I saw them back in july with chicago in Hershey,Pa. Great concert. Still rockin down the highway 30+ years! whoo!

 

They're still touring? That's awesome, I'd love for 'em to come to Ottawa

 

You can't go wrong with The Doobie Brothers - excellent music!

I like them. Not a devoted fan but I like it. It's a kinda soulful rock music with a bit of everything.

 

I love The Doobie Brothers...I've seen them in concert 3 times over the years.
