OK guys, here is some pics of my two month dreadies.
Backcombed once 2 months ago, then left alone except for some separation once a week.
NO wax or products, just a once a week wash and separate.
The back of my head had dreaded up, it's hard to see in the pics but there are separate dreadies in there. They are really fat though and I have lost a lot of length. What do you all think? Personally, I am pleased with my progress!

If you don't want seriously big congos, you should start ripping them apart everyday or else they will get so big and knotted that you will never be able to rip them apart. Granted, if this is something you want, then go for it. If you don't rip them apart, don't be surprised if one day you wake with such huge knotted dreads that you can't do anything about it. I'm not saying anything is wrong with that, just if you would like more than a handful get ripping them and if you do don't worry about the loose hair they is a result of the ripping, it will get sucked up in a couple of weeks only to be ripped apart again if you choose. Do what you desire and nothing more. I love your hair btw.

Thanks for the tips shadygrov. I am working on ripping a couple of them apart and leaving some others for some serious fatties.:D It's hard to tell in the pic, but the mess in the back of my head does contain a bunch of individual dreads just pretty short for some reason. One does need some serious taming though before he decides to take over my head, LOL! I named him Napoleon.:smilielol5:
