I'm trying to get into reading again, and I want to know what are some good books to read. What books do you feel helped make a difference in the way you think or do certain things?

    "Moral Mazes" by Jackell.

It has nothing whatsoever to do with morals and very little to do with mazes.

Mostly it about why organizations do what they do and why.

It made me suspect any organization larger than the nuclear family.
