I'm 17 years old. And I have this 13 yr old girl who's like in love with me. I kinda like her alot too. But if I go out with her all my friends will freak out on me cause of the age difference. They think I'm crazy and sick for even thinking about it. Because 4 years is a long time I guess, they just don't understand it like I do, age don't really matter to me anymore. What should I do, go out with the girl and lose all the friends or don't go out with the girl, and keep the friends? I'm so confused.
Well...from an older sister's p.o.v., I'd KILL you if you were dating my sister. My sister is 14 and the idea of her seeing a 17 year old would not go over well. The mindsets of a 13 and 17 year old are completely different. In the future 4 years isn't that long of a time at all. I mean when she's 17, you'll be 21. That's not all that bad. However, I don't know how it is in Canada, but here in the US, most states see a 17 year old with a 13 year old as statutory rape. This is my opinion, after all. But I'd say try finding someone more your age...nothing personal...
Well...I was 14 and I dated an 18 year old. I was very mature for my age, and it really wasn't a big deal, we weren't having sex or anything. HOWEVER...if it so happens that you realize you really love her and you want to be with her always...wait for her to mature a little bit, and live life on her own. Keep in touch, but make sure you don't cross the "just friends" border.
The older the two of you get, the more insignificant the age gap will get. Right now, she isn't mature enough at 13 to really know how to handle things emotionally. She just isn't equipped yet to be dating seriously. Take a cue from your friends
4 years wouldn't be a huge difference if you were both older. You can quite reasonably say to her "not until you're legal"; then, if she's still interested at 14, you might as well. It's not worth risking it with someone underage really, and if there's anything there she'll understand. Personally though, I think you'll have bugger all in common. if all you want to do is fuck her, you might as well do it now and take yr chances.
Too big of an age difference for how old she is. Id use the two year rule and go for someone 15,16,17 or 18.
Theres a big diferrance between 13 and 17 (remember when YOU were 13)..When shes 17 and your 21 it wont be much of a diferance any more, and when your 30 and shes 26 it will be all gone.
i fucked a 14 year old when I was 17, I didn't know she 14 but I still le her suck my dick after I found out
Hey, when I was 14, my husband was 18. Granted, we weren't involved at the time, heck, we didn't even know of one another at that point, but still, it's funny to think of how much our age difference would have mattered back then as compared to now. If you like her, you shouldn't let your buddies dictate who you can and cannot date. More than likely, they're probably just jealous that, perhaps, they don't have a special someone in their life. I'm certainly not saying to toss all of your friends aside for anyone, but I think, that maybe after some initial teasing, things will more than likely settle down. But, just watch out for her parents. Peace, love, and happiness...
im 20 and dating a 15 million year old fossil. thats 14,999,980 year difference and we get along fine.
I met my first love at age 13, and he was 17. We met at a KISS concert, and turned out he lived down the street from me. He used to tap on my window every night just so we could see each other. My parents wouldn't allow me to see him. I guess you really just need to take her maturity level into consideration. MOST girls that age aren't ready for dating, but there are always exceptions. Compatibility isn't easy to find. If you find someone you dig see where it takes you..you never know. I still look back and say he was the "one I let get away". Peace bro., and good luck.
I agree with what everyone has posted here. If it's something that would be really solid, wait it out.
