I used to go to the gym about 4 times per week but due to school, I can't really go anywhere. It's starting to get really cold up here and I'm like fuck that but I really do wanna go to the gym and be like I used to be. I almost have no motivation left. Last week, I tried and went only twice. It's just lame...I really wanna go back the way I was. Suggestions??

Thats tought. I'm in a similar situation. I feel like poop now when I don't work out ever since I started...which was like 6 months ago. I usually force myself to go there and once I do an excerise I dont stop until I'm done. Its just self motivation. I just wanna get big lol cause im so small. I go about 4-5 times a week. Anyways just listen to some motivational music? works for me.

I know the pain, I spent the first 6 months of this year going 3-4 times a week, then it was twice a week, then once a week, then once a fortnight etc, now I haven't been for about 2 months.

I think it started to become a pain in the arse for me when I was thinking about my cardio either because I didn't fancey the grind of doing 20 min of cardio or because I just couldn't be bothered with cardio at all, which kind of made the whole thing pointless because it is the cardio I need.

I found stop gap measure get rid of some of the pain were either significantly change your routine, or significantly change your music which for me was basicly switching between different types of metal.

That's all the advice I can really muster but like I said, long term it hasn't really worked for me. This is the 3rd time in my life I've done a "lifestyle change" and then had it wear off over the next 6 months, I'm sure when January swings around and I'm still sad and lonely I'll be back in the doors, but for now Id rather play fallout 3.

    1 Are u overtraining?
    2 Get nutrition and sunlight
3 do what u enjoy, or better still have a passion for.

    I love martial arts , sprinting.Sometimes football.
    Sometimes extreme cv

But weights is a means to an end .And treadmills make me mad...
