illegal to order paraphanalia into the united states?

im pretty sure its illegal to order from a headshop like grasscity.com into the united states? Like if i were to order a bong from there what would happen? Anyone know the laws?

im not 100% on this but im pretty sure its only illegal in certain states. thats what happened to CHong cuz his people didnt pay attention to what state the bogn was goin to and the pigs got by with ordering one from an illegal state. i read grasscitys disclaimer and they my all their shit except seeds to the usa.

It is not illegal to have or ship Paraphanalia in Oregon, so no worries. Only certian states have laws against it, like the previous poster stated.

It's just having resin in a pipe or bong that makes it illegal.

Actually, it can be against the law in some states, even if it contains no thc. SWIM knows Grass City ships to Colorado even though it could (but not likely) be against the state's Drug Paraphernalia Law. You can google to find out specifics in your own state.
