looking for weed in TN

I live in TN the heart of chattanooga but I don't know where or how
to look for weed. I also am looking for seeds so I can grow my own
and not have to waist money buying this stuff. So can someone hook
me up with a friend that doesn't lace their bud with unatural junk or
something like that?

dude it actually happened to me and my friend.
we found some guy who looked high as hell and asked if he knew where we could get any (mistake number 1 but we were new to the area).
he's like sure! took our money to "the guy" (mistake number 2) and came back to wait with us.
we chilled in my car for awhile, he kept trying to sell us some crack that he had in a big green bag.
after a very long while his dude came by, he jumped out of my car and went and got the weed.... then left in his car, never to be heard from again.
we were pissed and when we got home we got even more pissed because an entire carton of newports was missing from my backseat, where he was sitting.
don't buy from strangers haha. bad.

 

The biggest mistake was giving him the money befor he had the weed.
The seccond bigest mistake was trusting him to be in your car in the first place.
