I was wondering if it is possible for someone to have hypertension without being overweight ?
I have noticed that lately I seem to be reacting badly to stress , that it doesnt take much for me to be upset , I keep it to myself , even though sometimes i feel like i just want to scream and have a fit.
I read that stress can bring it on , and I have the kind of personality that I am always trying to keep everyone around me happy , and I make myself crazy doing it because theres always someone not happy with something...so , I am always trying to make everything better.
I know that I used to have low blood pressure , and the way Im feeling latley is something new.
I guess im just wondering if its possible , because everything i read seems to make it sound like you have to be overweight before you need to worry.
I would be thankfull for any input.

Yeah, its possible. I'm a hypertensive and a healthy weight. But mine is because of genetics. However you're probably alright and just stressed out.

Its funny , because i have never felt this way before...I was always good at just letting things slide by me without touching me.
Now I find im biting my tongue most of the time.

Maybe I just need to tell some people to stop being so grumpy and demanding....I feel silly now for bothering Y'all.
