Salvia on Dr.Phil

for some reason around here 20 doesn't work. i looked it all up on here/erowid two summers ago because i was interested, and the extract levels were like 5, 10, 15, and 20 being like godly. here it's like 20 is the lowest, with 100 being godly. i posted a question about it awhile ago in the sally forum but the responses weren't that helpful, as i don't really remember them at all.

it just seems like a HUGE rip off.

 

i was the same way.. until i tried 5x extract... smoked 1 gram with 5 other ppl.. about .2 g each, and it doesnt taste that bad..it was only 15 bucks... and i tripped fuckin balls for 10 minutes, then felt stoned/drunk for another hour..

not my preferred drug.. i only smoke it with other ppl if its offered.. but definitley not a waste of money IMO

 

i hope that fatass faget burns in hell. i got to get me some salvia before it becomes illegal. god damned no-lifed soccer mom's going to do something. He is probably going to state it's addictive and goign to have a kid that smokes it like every day.

 

unfortunately, about two years ago my local news staion did a story about the dangers of salvia. They emphasized the potential for it to lead to a bad trip, and how these bad /trips were incredibly likely. It's not illegal everywere, but things are changing. I hate/ salvia, but I agree its shows like the news in my case and in his example dr. phil in his case that makes shit illegal.

 

anyone else notice that not once was it mentioned that salvias effects only last a few minutes? dr phill just kept saying it was like LSD. Hello? LSD=12 hours of tripping. Saliva=3-4 minutes of tripping. but its just like LSD

Ten minutes later. Oh, that was intense, thank god this shit sucks and by the time you actually get a feeling for your trip it ends.

Salvia sucks. Comparing it to LSD is an insult to the good lady's name.

I think it's hypocritical for salvia to be legal and cannabis not to be, salvia is way more powerful, even though it doesn't last long.

 

I watched it and it wasn't as sensationalistic as I expected it to be. ol' Phil didn't jump the gun or anything. as it is, I have no problem with 15 year olds taking drugs, but it struck me as hypocritical for that teacher to buy salvia for her kid and then bitch about him smoking it constantly. someone give that kid a fucking blunt, that's what he should be doing.

of course salvia is nothing like lsd, but to Joe Six Pack on the street all psychs are interchangeable. salvia is a drug but it does not produce a high per se, it is a unique and novel substance that taps into a very obscure part of the mind in a way that is not comparable with tryp or phen psychs. I'm not crazy about it myself, and if you don't "break through" you just get disoriented and oblivious. but on my stronger salvia trips I know I went to a place where I saw and experienced something that I was unable to understand, but there was something deep there.

 

In Joe Six Pack's tiny little mind, Marijuana, Salvia, amphetamines, benzodiazapines, LSD, Cocaine....hell, everything but alchohol & tobacco...are "narcotics".

 

Salvia's lame, let it be made illegal. I think it's stupid to go from being sober to tripping in an instant. To me, that's something that isn't safe for the masses. At least with shrooms or lucy you've got to play a waiting game while it builds up rather than having an instant peak. Salvia doesn't last nearly as long as the aforementioned drugs but I think it's trash for that reason.

Don't get me wrong, I roll, I do acid, done shrooms a few times but I'm not a fan, but I think that drugs that fuck with your mind, especially if you're not prepared for it or have a weak mental constitution, can be waaaay worse than a hard drug like coke. I see more functional crackheads than e-heads.

 

the beginning of the end was all the idiots recording themselves taking salvia on youtube.

I agree with your reasons completely, but still don't think it should be made illegal. I've tried salvia 10x a couple times and hated it. Out of all the people I know that have tried it, even those that enjoyed their experience, not one has ever sought it out. There's just no reason to because of the aforementioned effects. Making it illegal would just build its notoriety but it doesn't deserve any.
