    its actually a basic chemical thing, not a cultural xmas thing. lack of vitamin d from the sun results in less serotonin which essentially is a drug that makes you happy. id love to get a sun lamp but i havent found any that werent like $200.

    my winter depression is worst in jan and feb i find, months and months of low sun culminates around then with the coldest weather we get. march at least the sun starts having a chance of being out when i leave work, whereas in december and jan itll be dark when i leave my house and when i leave work

    Perhaps because Che' has darker skin it might contribute to his SAD...dunno.

    Every year I mean to get a lamp.And take more Winter hols
    I'm soooo much fitter , more productive etc when I get the sun.
