a little peice of art

I don't really claim to be "artistic", but I try to do whatever I can.

Here's something I did a few weeks back...



and then I colored it in photoshop...

I used a pen to draw it up, scanned it, and put it in photoshop.

Nice work. The only suggestion I would make is to not use a gradient on the leaf at the bottom in the first coloring. I'd either leave it black, or make it solid colors. The gradient with the thin outline gives it too much of a Photoshopped look.

Other than that, great job.

 

I love it ! Did you intend to make it roughly the shape of Ireland ? Because that's what I see when I look at it lol.
