How do you know it was pubic hair ? does she hate you or what ? Or maybe she likes you. And trying to give you a hint !! Never mind I'm not right tonight. Peace
because she was mad that this guy Trey who works there never charges me. I got a hair in my mouth and didn't think anythig of it-thought it was from kissing my dog...then I got another one and realized it was longer than my dog's hair and then I got a few of them in my mouth and realized what happened and made myself barf it up because if she put hair in there who knws what else is in there.
methinks its time to talk to the manager about it, especially since youre on good terms with the manager
what if it was just from kissing murphy (my dog)? I mean he sat on my lap int he car (don't get on me about safety stuff. i live in a town without stop lights)
I sooo should have complained the first time she made me mad...this is what i get for not being a self-advocate and doing what i know is right. totoally my fault for not having the backbone to make my own decisions. I would have told any of my kids to tell the manager if they were treated the way i was.
You don't want to know what is considered "allowable" as far as what might be in processed foods you eat. I wouldn't worry about it, Lyns. Gross, yes, but you'll live.
I think she has a secret crush on you. That is like making a wish usually girls pluck a hair and brow it in the wind and make a wish but to pluck a hair and out it in your drink? She is love.
Time to rectify the situation, if you wait any longer you'll seem like you're enjoying the feud and are only complaining now cos you're losing. complain straight away and you appear to want the problem to go away. Also can you imagine how complicated the complaint will be if this goes on any longer! then when she's fired we'll all go the the shop and taunt her as she leaves, who's with me?
i find it doubtful that she put pubic hair in your drink, but it is possible. there are several ways to handle this. probably the most effective, if you wish to exact some sort of "revenge" on this woman would be to bring up the matter with the store manager, or failing that with the district manager. starbucks, as a company, strives to provide excellent customer service, and to fix any problems possible. they also try to do so without firing their employees whenever possible, and when outlandish complaints are made (such as someone adding pubic hair to a drink which is made out in the open, in front of other customers and employees) they tend to believe the partner's side of the story, unless it is simply a really lousy employee who they already dislike/distrust. so i would suggest bringing up the issue with the manager, in private. there should be business cards for the store manager and the district manager available in the store somewhere, which have work phone numbers for them. i would advise against playing up the "she put pubic hair in my drink," because it will make the manager less likely to believe you. i would bring up problems with customer service, rude comments made, and the fact that you found a bunch of hair in the drink, assuming you did actually see some in the drink (doesn't sound like you checked, honestly). if you are too uncomfortable with dealing with this in person, then you may contact someone not connected with the store directly, who works with customer service for the corporation on the whole. http://www.starbucks.com/customer/ i would also advise you to look for old receipts to see if you got any of the customer voice survey opportunities. if you have this, then go to this site: https://www.starbuckscustomervoice.com/ further, your description of the incidents you've had previously are enough to warrant dissatisfaction, and i would strongly suggest you respectfully voice your concerns to local management. if there are other stores in your area, i would suggest giving them your business instead, but beware of "licensed stores" (the kiosks set up in airports, groceries, and so on. these are not starbucks stores, they belong to and are run by the stores in which they reside. the workers are not starbucks employees and have tendencies to more frequently mess up drinks and provide lousy service. they are simply licensed to sell starbucks products) if there are no other locations in your city, i would recommend trying out some other, preferably mom and pop, coffee shops. plenty of other places have good coffee, too. but i'd stay away from tim hortons, dunkin donuts or caribou honestly. i've never heard anything good about the quality of beverages from any of these locations, except for canadian placed tim hortons.
