Anyone know anything about these blotters

These are what i usualy pick up and they seem to be the best stuff around, anyone have any experiences with this blotter?

 

I've never seen that blotter art before..

 

are they perforated? man my mouth is watering..how much if you don't mind me asking?

He never said they were his. He said he picks them up. And unless you two know each other in real life, I doubt you know the person. Most likely you two get it from different connects.
