Yea Im pretty sure the easiest ways of using black tar are smoking/shooting. Just google it and I'm sure youll find something. Pretty sure you get tin foil, put the shit on top, light it from the bottom, and use a straw to suck up the smoke. Something like that, I've never tried it so this could be wrong.
I'm pretty sure you're dealing with sopium incense, which unlike other incense should not be used as such. You've got to roll it into little balls, put it in little bags, selling it for 30 bucks a gram, calling it opium to get the most effects out of this stuff. Seriously though, don't ingest this stuff, or let anyone else, it's just incense. Smells nice, though!
OP has Blue Lotus Extract, like Hash essentially, put it ontop of whatever bowls you are smoking. That stuff is really bomb, it's strong as hell so you don't have to smoke like three bowls to get stoned. It looks cool, and tastes pretty nice too.
Obviously the fact that it's black tar doesn't mean it's heroin. It almost undoubtebly is not. If it's in fact a narcotic or RC with narcotic like properties, you can smoke it. I think that's the key bit of info here. Whatever it is, if you believe it's legit...you almost certainly can smoke it. Just my guess on the situation.
