Hehehe...My son Jake is 6 months old. He just started pulling himself up to standing about 2 weeks ago so he likes to play in his crib so that he can pull up and fall down over and over again. So I put him in his crib, fully clothed, and went to fold laundry. 5 minutes later I went to peak in on him and there he was, standing in his crib, NO PANTS, biggest smile in the world! I just thought that it was so funny! I don't know how he managed to shimmy out of them, but I am so glad that I had film in my camera because that was a Kodak moment if I ever saw one! Just wanted to share.
Hahaha, it gets better from there! My daughter started taking off her diaper at age 1. Dry or poopy, if she's not wearing jeans, off it comes, as soon as your back is turned. My son is almost 3, and he loves to take off all his clothes and run aroud the house--i suppose to see how long it takes mama to catch up. So...it's cute now, lol!
I've been letting Virginia run around the house w/o a diaper on for a few minutes each day because she uses her potty when she is diaperless. The other day she was wearing a dress with no diaper. Well, her grandma came over and the first thing Virginia did was lift up her dress to flash her! On Maddie's third birthday we took her to Chuckie Chees with a friend of hers. They were playing and her friend's mom and I were talking. I looked over at the kids to make sure they were ok, and what do I see? A naked Maddie. She had taken her skirt and tights and undies off completely. I ran over to put them back on discreetly, and this little boy was fighting with his mom to sneek a peek!
Kids are naturally nudists at heart. Dakota loves to run around without clothes on. We try to limit the time he does this do to the potty issue. But he goes naked whenever possible. When he was a year or so old we had to put a onesie on over his diaper or it came right off everytime. Jeans didn't do the trick, he had to have a onesie on. Kathi
Aww, I remember the very first time that my kids woke up from their naps all bare. I had quite some overwhelming messes to clean up! LOL {{{HUGS}}}
