Well only the drug czar is the only goverment source that would want that the war on drugs gives him and people in that department income.Other then that tobacco and alcohol companies are the only thing that dont want it in fear its will be bad for there products.It could make a lot of income to if it was taxed.
All tobacco companies would add nicotine and other chemicals do weed making it worse over time like they did with tobacco. This way they can make the most money off it. This is only IF weed bcomes legal.
