I'm posting two posts in one because I’m lazy and you probably are too. Okay, this doesn't have to be about losing a lot of weight, while it would be nice, I really am primarily concerned about getting into shape/ being healthier. But I don't know what to eat? I mean, I’m a vegetarian, so I've always thought I've eaten fairly well. However, I really want to know what kinds of things and what sort of amounts I need to really make this work. Also, I'm getting ready for my day, and I'm thinking of wearing a blue dress, with a black cami and black opaque tights with black flats. Does this sound cute or weird?
it sounds mildly 80's but that seems to be what the kids are wearing these days we have a hip fitness group stinkfoot has some hand in, and that might be a good place to look for dietary help.
What kind of breads/pasta's do you eat? Gotta watch your breads. What's your exercise plan? I dropped an easy five pounds with just two weeks of semi-regular dog walking. Outfit sounds good to me.
i don't care what type of eating philosophy you follow - protein is the number 1 nutrient you need. find foods to get that up, then worry about other nutrients.
it's all whole wheat, but i know already that i eat way too much. and i'm trying to take a picture of the outfit, because i'm still not sure.
I like the top dress. As for eating..just watch your calories, and you need to know how much calories you should consume per day if you're aiming to lose weight .. There are website that can tell you what calorie intake that you shouldn't exceed per day, they aren't very accurate but it gives you and idea on how much you should eat.
