Joe the fucking plumber? Made me think of that prank call to Palin. Besides stupid phrases are good, yesterday me and aaron had a competition to see who could say GET IN THERE! to most people. Only rules you cant say it to someone whos already had it said to them. Final scores me - 17, Aaron - 9, and Jonti - 1.
i don't even understand the whole 'joe the plumber' thing. it must have slipped right by me when it happened and when i try researching it i get all kinds of different shit.
'joe the plumber' or 'joe six pack' is just Palin's phrase to describe the everyday, average american to whom she is trying to appeal to.
though they use the nickname they gave him to refer to him specifically, but also use him as a symbol for everyday people
i think mccain is a closet case. look at how safe and comfortable he seems to feel when he's close to W. just sort of snuggling up to him:cheers2:

yea, they can't refer to people as joe six pack anymore...because most people are far far away from ever seeing any abz so joe the plumber came about. and it works, because most people have a very awful plumbers crack
