Hi mate, I am a nudist from the south east, so is my wife and three daughters. It is quite legal to go nude outdoors asl long as you dont cause or intend to cause offence. (so keep your hard ons hidden basically). We spend as much time together naked and have many friends who come and visit us for nude times with us as a family. Please keep in touch.
Do a search of 'nudist swims' or look on the BN (British Naturism) website. I used to go to Nottingham, Ollerton, and Stoke Waterworld. About 100-250 nude people of all ages/shapes/sizes. Great fun. As for beaches, any very quiet beach with discretion can be an allday playground for the nudist. Happy hunting.

You might want to check out the UK Naturist Fact File: http://www.nuff.org.uk/factfile/ But as long as you're under 18, don't expect anyone to let you in anywhere unless your parents are with you. It's not that there are likely to be risks, just a question of everyone wanting to be sure that things are OK (and being able to prove it).
