as far as breakfast goes... I make zuchinni bread for sugar cravings. But maybe even that's bad for you, who knows. really, the only thing thats bad in it is the sugar. and Autumn Wheat Cereal by Kashi. It's just organic wheat and evaporated cane juice. and you can have it with organic skim milk. IT'S DELICIOUS. I'm hooked on this stuff. I have no sugar cravings with this stuff. oatmeal is also very yummy and good for you. and yeah, stick with the fruits and veggies. you could have something like peanut butter on whole wheat bread with bananas. well, that's what I do, because I don't like bananas alone. here are some good links: http://www.divinecaroline.com/article/22145/52070-20-healthiest-foods--1?CMP=DC_0059_TAG http://www.beautysnob.com/2007/09/8_foods_you_should_eat_daily_f.html http://www.whfoods.com/foodstoc.php I mean, just go for it. personally, I don't think you need to loose weight. you're fine. But theres some good links. You feel SO much better when you eat healthy. and your body will thank you
Look into doing a Master Cleanse. This is where you do not eat and drink a lemonade and herble teas. The benefits of this are; you do not crave sweets or fats, as much. After doing this cleanse, these things simple taste and smell disgusting, you would believe it, but its true. Other foods like meats, pasta's which are not healthy and tax your system will not be palatable either...your body will crave fruits, nuts and veggies, greens...in that order. Also, if you have to eat sweets after the cleanse, such as cookies, granola bars, things that are not that sweet which you will still crave, just chew them and spit them out...this work perfectly for me. Trust me the fruit is not enough, you will crave more judging from your picture, you love sweets like me. Like today I grabbed a cookie and I chewed the shit out of it...dont forget to breath...its like everytime you exhale you taste the cookie, but then spit that shit out...I garuntee it will suffice, it has for me and I would easily devour a whole row of like 8 President choice cookies before, no joke, I was a fiend. Remember to get a B12 supplement and try and change the people around you to eat healthier...it helps you recognize your health lessons. You can do this, start with the cleanse, possibly look into doing a colonic as well. Have fun sweety, you are headed from higher fields of energy, more focus, less anxiety and a disease free life, plus you wont have to worry about getting sick either!
are u veggie? if not then well u should be anyway and its also great for getting healthy... just make sure u dont do what a lot of vegfies do and pile cheese on everything. going vegan is better anyway and its pretty much impossable to be unhealthy and vegan unoess u live in processed foods. why would someon who doesnt agree with leat want to eat things that look and taste like meat anyway?! so yeah, google vegan recipies and u will b well on ur way hun <3
Why anyone would become a vegan for health reasons is beyond me. Animal products such as raw organic eggs, whey, wild salmon, fish oil, dietary vitamin d3, and poultry are an excellent addition to a healthy diet. It's a common misconception that eating animals will make a person fat. Eating too much meat will make you fat, but not anywhere close to the weight gain as from carbohydrates. Healthy diets are all about balance and the right animal products in moderation are an immense boon to the health and the figure.
ugh i tried being vegetarian for a few years and then tried to be vegan but that didnt last longer than a week. my friend calls me a junk fooditarian. theres lots of junk food thats vegetarian so thats what i seem to eat since its quick and easy. luckly the winter is approaching so i discoverd couscous soup. its basic and simple. and its easy as pie to make. with that and some steamed veggies on the side, i think ill be fine!
