I brew a nice cup of Earl Grey tea, have a small piece of buttered french toast or some sort of pastry, and finish it with a golden banana. It's the perfect breakfast. Not too much, not too little. What do you usually have for breakfast?
Pamplemousse, cut up fruit with cottage cheese and fiber buds with toasted oats, toast, muffin, oatmeal-peanut butter breakfast cookies, bacon & eggs, huevos rancheros, pizza. I seldom eat cereal any longer, although I really like it.
You guys. Wow. Put a lot more thought than I do for breakfast. I just grope blearily into my fridge and eat whatever I find. usually leftovers.
well most of the times i do not have breakfast, but today i had a slice with butter and strawberry jam and a cup of hot chocolate milk
i usually make veggie sausage, over easy eggs, and whole wheat toast with raspberry preserves. sometimes i will fry up some red potatoes with the sausage. breakfast is my favorite. i don't like pancakes or cereal... i like saltiness and protein to start my day.
Coffee, lots of coffee... If I eat in the morning my stomach will be acting fierce all morning thusly ruining my day...
Cereal if I have to go to school. Cereal with milk if I have to go to school and have milk on hand. An apple and cereal bar if I have to go to school and am late. Eat on the way. Toast with anything or nothing if its a weekend and i can be bothered. other than that, if someone cooks, or if i can be bothered i'll eat whatever. e.g. garlic bread, parontas (sp) or even last nights dinner.
-usually 1 cup egg whites + 2 eggs (including yolks), add in veggies, maybe some chicken or lean ground meat -1/4 cup cottage cheese with some protein powder sometimes i'll have a protein shake, with 5g creatine 4g fish oil 1 multi 30mg ephedrine/200mg caffeine
