Legal Status of Psychoactive Mushrooms in The Netherlands

There is a rumor going around that psychoactive mushrooms are no longer available in the Netherlands but I am assured by a source in the Netherlands that fresh mushrooms are still completely legal although their legality is going to be reconsidered later this month, so it's possible they will be illegal soon.

Hopefully there won't be any changes in the law before my next trip to Amsterdam in December as this is one of the things I was looking forward to the most.

 

Dried shrooms are illegal, but you can buy wet ones.

Yeah, it's the same law that we had until '05 here in the UK.

There've been loads of rumours about the laws in the Netherlands recently though.

 

yup, I went there in july, just the wet ones. Good times...
