Dirty Showers

So what could happen if I don't wear flipflops in the showers at college? I do, but i hate it

Oh whatever I never wore them because half the time

a. I could not find them
b. to lazy to get them
c. they were dirty themselves from other outdoors adventures
d. Like you, I hated to do it! Don't people usually go bare feet into the showers at home? Who wants to deviate?

once i went without flip flops in a youth hostel and got a fungus.Luckily i got it cleared up quickly, but I will never again go without.

psh its just uncomfortable. I like being completely naked in the shower, not naked with plastic on my feet

Three years in the dorms and almost never a shower with flip flops and nothing happened to me! That sure beats one day now doesn't it??!! That is just a freak occurrence really, what that one poster stated. Isolated incident IMO.

 

It just washes down the drain. Why get out of a hot shower when it is simple to just urinate right there?

 

if it happened to me, it's bound to happen to someone else. People do all sorts of weirdness in showers, and it's not something i would personally take the risk of doing again. It's not that uncommon to spead funguses, and if one person gets it, it will very easily spread (i brought it back home with me, and both my boyfriend and sister got it).

 

ah.....theres nothing better than a pisswarm pre-shower shower

 

Me thinks there may be an underlying issue outside the shower scene.

Like I said, I took showers for three years in the college scene sans the flip flops, I am sure all sorts of shit went down perhaps in those showers...really who cares?...But I mean, nothing happened to me! Shouldn't your body have built up a natural defense?

Three years and here I am .

B. Wait five minutes until the shower is done my man!

 

i rarely wore anything on my feet when i showered in the dorms. although i do know that's where a majority of the guys on my floor masturbated...
