Ever since I was about 13 years old I would get these strange tremors where I would wake up and be like in reality but at the same time in a dream where I am actually Hallucinating. It took a very long time to actually getting used to this scary shit. At first it was happening to me like 3-5 times a week and im 19 and it stoped for a while. Well last night it struck again!!! I woke up and my whole room was like a cartoon world and I was like "whoooooooooooo" then i snapped out of it and told my brother i was done and tried to go back to sleep. Usually they are more scary but this one wasnt. I thought I was done having this shit so I want to know if this happens to anyone else. I have Bi polar maybe thats why. I dont take medication. Who can help my find out why i have these!!!!!!!
^that ould freak me out if i woke up to that. but to the op that seems pretty crazy and i wish i could experience that.
sleep paralyis. i was actually reading about it earlier in the dream forum. god send, maybe? lol either look up the wikipedia for it or head over to the dream forum because i know it's over there
what you're describing sounds a lot like a night terror or more likely sleep paralysis do you ever try to move but find yourself paralyzed? try to speak or scream and cannot make the sounds come out of your body? i've had these before, and they are NOT fun. it seems like you've woken up and are laying in bed, in your room, but you hallucinate and cannot move. i've had entities come into my room or apartment through a locked door before. i've just been stuck there without major hallucinations....i've thought i managed to roll out of bed and crawl along the floor, unable to move beyond that, only to come to beneath the sheets (and in cases where something/somebody entered the room, i always checked the door after coming to only to find it still locked) its not fun, but nothing to worry about unless you find yourself sleep walking as well, or if it disturbs your sleep habits to the extent that you are never well rested. stress has always been a big factor in this for me.
wow.. im glad i've never had anything like that before.. my guess is if you goto the doctor they will give you trazadone or seroquel.. depending on how badly it effects your sleep.. both of which you do not want to be on.. i'd start lookin at herbal alternatives for sleep...
that happens to me all the time. its not necissarily a scary dream, but sometimes theres a point while i'm sleeping where i'm, partially awake and i'll shake pretty violently two or three times until i realize its not really going in
when my parents were getting divorced i had that happen to me from time to time. It was scary but nothing to hardcore.
This happends to me, and it's fuckin scary, and it's usualy like a shadow the has as form of a person and they talk and shit.
i've had something like that before, one time i woke up and saw hundreds of spiders crawling toward the bed, it scared me for a few minutes until i thought about it and realized i was fine
I think its normal....I get them often..the more you get the easier it is to handle..i kind of like them now..Some things I see are so fucking scary it gives a huge adrenaline rush..Im pretty sure if I die of a heartattack it will be in bed..after experiencing a tremor
