    make their own clothes? Like skirts, dresses, shirts, bags, well anything really
    I really, really want to learn how to. I think its an important skill, and itd be nice to rely on the horrible shops less. The supposed ethical ones are far too expensive

    I dont recall anyone saying they did but if Im wrong pleasey let me know so I can harass you for advice:)

    I have a sewing machine which I can make tutus on, I should really branch out though...

    i used to sew, and have made a few things for myself to wear in the past, but i haven't done it in years. i need to get back into making sewing, dust of the sewing machine and make something. i've been thinking of upcycling a pair of stretchy denim jeans that are a bit too big and worn in a few places into a skirt lately, but i haven't had a chance to try it yet.
