This to me is bullcrap, A kid gets arrested for using foul language at school and faces thirty days in jail. to me it is a waste of Jail space. Jail space to me should only be used on people who actually commit violence. I think they are taking things to far.

Jail time is extreme, but I would be suprised if he actually ended up doing any jail time.

What the hell did he say? He must have been pretty vile...

I can't imagine a simple "fuck you" to a teacher or somehting would land him this much trouble.

Maybe the law should start going after a few murderers or child abusers instead.

how bout they start focusing their law-enforcing efforts on terrorists... now there's an idea!
Under the Patriot Act, the definition of "terrorist" is so wide-ranging, I wouldn't be surprised if a person who cursed at an authority figure would be labeled a terrorist.

We have a terrorist as the leader of amerika right now. What makes him different from any other terrorist, he goes out of his way to kill innocent people from money. Fuck george bush. We must stand up to the pigs that take away our freedom, weather that be the govt, the cops, or the school system there to brainwash the youth of amerika.

    peace

Chicken choker do you have an opinion on if it is alright to get arrested for doing something like smoking pot. I can understand getting arrested for murdering someone but i cant understand why it is alright to get arrested for doing something to my own body that doesnt harm ANYONE. If i wanted to kill someone i would just join the army, it is a legal way of killing.

    Peace

I am smoking pot right now. Whoops! Did I say that out loud? I hope I don't get arrested. No, I don't think one should get arrested for smoking pot. But I also don't believe that Bush is a terrorist any more than Kerry is.

    lol, ya...

not only would you get arredted but they may want to seize your house and assets too!

And as for who's a terrorist...I think that the term is getting thrown around these past few years like a big propaganda orgy.

well chickenchoker has a point...both major parties are parties of the corporate elite...just that Kerry and the democrats aren't quite as extremist as the cowboys currently occupying the white house. If Bush gets reappointed into office, I wanna see millions of protesters at the Inauguration.
At his first inauguration there were around 20,000 protesters there, and that was before he did ANYTHING as president. Imagine this time.
